Virgin tv not working

Would anyone know why my virgin box is not working? I’ve turned box off and on, I’ve checked all the wire connections. I’ve phoned the virgin media help line although it was automated and they ran a test which showed no problem I’ve attached a picture of the message that has come up on the screen! Thanks in advance

I'm afraid that's the classic "green screen" that means your box's hard drive has failed. This can't be fixed.

I'd recommend calling VM Faults on 150, and wait for a faults agent. Decline any automated option to get online help and ignore the prompts, this can catch some people out.

The faults agent should arrange a replacement box for you.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. My apologies for the delayed reply and the TV box issue. 

 

I've ran a check on the system today and everything is showing fine on there. Have you still got the error message showing on the screen or has it gone? Let me know if you need further assistance.
