Virgin media v6 rebooting

Engineer has been 2 days ago and again tonight the freezing and re booting has started again, can’t get through to anyone on the phone and can’t watch the programmes on demand again I am so sick of this now, the engineer was spot on who came to try and sort it but i am a bit sick tnow, I am coming home from work and not being able to watch my programmes and paying nearly 80 quid a month , no compensation and no apologies and the same problem ongoing

Thanks for letting us know how the visit went.

 

Looking at he equipment, a few of the tuners are out of spec. 

 

Can you please reboot and let me know if there's any change.
