Virgin media TV not loading

I have been attempting to view all evening. Initially a green screen stated there was an issue with tv box (v6) which would attempt to repair taking 3 hours. Not to restart box. After waiting as instructed now black screen, to welcome screen, to loading symbol, then repeats all these steps ad nauseum lol.

TV had been off since last night. No power outage noted

Edit: WiFi not affected, unable to watch dvr via tablet

If you have the "DVR has detected an error" green screen, this can't be repaired.

It means your hard drive has failed - you should call VM faults to arrange a replacement.
