Virgin is down

I'm in ML2 9ED and have no tv or broadband..phone is ok

Then phone in a fault. The Forum is not the best place to deal with this. It may be days before the VM Forum Team respond here and they will ask you if you have reported the fault anyway. Your phone is working so please use it - 150.

Also... There is also a Service Status number 0800 561 0061 which usually tells you of local issues, down to postcode level, that might not yet be listed on the Service Status web page.
