Virgin giveth and Virgin taketh away!

I am currently subscribed to Mix tv package and a few weeks I suddenly started getting a few extra channels like crime and investigation. Just  as I was getting used to it  they disapeared again.Whats going on?

Re: Virgin giveth and Virgin taketh away!

So, you want the extra free and those who pay for them get …….?

Go to Sky if it offers you what you want at a price that suits.

Perhaps your son has renegotiated his package recently, and you haven't?

If you last "re-contracted" more than a couple of years ago, you could be on an outdated package. If you're out of contract, you are free to choose any new deal from Sky or Virgin - whatever you feel best suits you.

Re: Virgin giveth and Virgin taketh away!

Surely the point here is that Virgin are fishing for more money .Aren't they getting enough already ?

Re: Virgin giveth and Virgin taketh away!

If you feel the cost/benefit equation is not in your favour, go elsewhere. Isn’t that what Martin says?
