Virgin box stuck in start loop

Have disconnected box and still not working. Have rung helpline and it goes nowhere and then you're disconnected without solving the problem! 

 

How am I suppose to contact virgin?!

When you call 150, you will need to select the options for "I have a fault with my TV service".

Once you've done that, the IVR will make a few attempts to "bait" you to hang up - press something to go online, press something else to solve this yourself.

Don't press anything, just wait on the line and you should be put in the call queue to speak to a faults agent.
