As above.....fixed it temporarily with YouTube vibs but the problem keeps repeating......
Is there a permanent fix?

Are you saying that your Virgin box is repeatedly restarting and/or getting stuck on the reboot loop?
If so... it's faulty, and I'd recommend reporting it to (most likely) have it replaced before it becomes terminal.
You can either wait on here (may be a couple of days) for staff to respond, or call it in via the usual route. 150 (from a VM phone) or 0345 4541111 (from any other phone)
