Virgin V6 software update

Following software update on TV box this morning, experiencing intermittent audio beeps plus screen blanking sometimes with screen flashes.  Anyone else having this?

Have you tried switching the V6 off at the mains for 20 seconds?

Since the Software Update 36 hours ago I've now got Lip Sync problems, V6 WiFi down to 80% from 100% Signal on 2.4ghz bandwidth, Audio Description coming on without prompting, blurry pictures, all this now on top of my 2nd Hub 3 replacement in a week having to be reset numerous times a day, the technician changed my port in the street cabinet last Saturday installed a Hub 3 which has next to useless WiFi, and I'm left even more frustrated than last week, I've been with Virgin 13 years but I don't know how much more of this I can take, £102 a month for what, a heap of frustration.

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. Sorry to hear you've been having issues with your TV service today since an update.Are you still having these issues at the moment? I've had a look in to the account and I can see that the box is offline - is it switched on?

Box offline?  No - but depending on when you tried to access it I do power down via remote when finished st end of day.  

Otherwise always on during daytime.  Issue I originally reported seems to have retreated; I had still experienced it during

yesterday even after I have removed A/C power for 30 seconds.
