Virgin V6 Box - V210 - Port Configuration Test: Failed
I've recently signed up for virgin media tv and have installed the provided v6 box in my home.
Channels are working fine, however, I am not getting access to internet-related functions, for example, both 'Catch Up' and 'On Demand' show the following error: "Catch Up / On Demand is temporarily unavailable.(V210) Please try again in a few minutes."
Viewing the network diagnostics of the V6 box, the 'Port Configuration Test' has failed.
Additionally, 'System Info - Diagnostics - AuthentificationState:' is "NOT_VALID", which implies to me my box has failed to connect to virgin in order to authenticate its use within my household (likely the result of the failed port configuration).
For reference, the box is connected using the provided ethernet cable into my virgin provided router.
