I’ve been a Virgin customer for only 8 days and today for the 2nd time I am receiving error code NW-1-19, I’ve been trying for 2 hours to reset it without success. I’m loathed to go back to Sky but this is no use and almost impossible to get in touch with someone at Virgin
It wasn't just Netflix it was Virgin TV, I couldn't get anything. Engineer set everything up a week ago and twice it's lost connectivity. After 2 and a half hours I've actually got TV back
