Virgin TV Fault

I’ve been a Virgin customer for only 8 days and today for the 2nd time I am receiving error code NW-1-19, I’ve been trying for 2 hours to reset it without success. I’m loathed to go back to Sky but this is no use and almost impossible to get in touch with someone at Virgin

That's a Netflix error code rather than a Virgin one. Usually it arises due to a poor internet connection.

How is the V6 connected to the hub?

It wasn't just Netflix it was Virgin TV, I couldn't get anything. Engineer set everything up a week ago and twice it's lost connectivity. After 2 and a half hours I've actually got TV back

As I say, the code given only relates to Netflix so sounds like you had two separate issues.

Anyway sounds like it's now sorted.
