Virgin Store

I’ve paid for a film from the virgin Store but it freezing half way through and won’t resume. If I start from 5he beginning, the same thing happens at the same point. Film is “Unknown”

Can you watch other OnDemand programmes ok? Try non-BBC CatchUp if you're not sure.
