Virgin Media adds Pluto app to TV platform

This is now showing on my V6s - although I had to reboot one for it to appear.

Re: Virgin Media adds Pluto app to TV platform

A welcome addition.

Some of the Kids channels might be useful for keeping the little occupied.

It's a terrible interface for live TV, the on demand is easier to navigate. Overall I find it easier to navigate on my tablet.

Re: Virgin Media adds Pluto app to TV platform

I had a quick look, quite a lot of content so probably something for everyone, only obvious drawback is advertisements as Pluto TV is entirely ad-supported with no subscription and not even a log in required.

Re: Virgin Media adds Pluto app to TV platform

The channel scrolling on most devices is a bit tedious - except on the Amazon boxes where it is linked into the main Amazon system with an extended EPG.

But the V6 is much quicker I find.

If you scroll through the programs using the down button too quickly, the V6 box hangs and reboots!

Not seeing that - scrooling down fast with down and looped twice as at the end if goes back to the top.
