Hi, we had a large storm about 6 weeks ago and since then our Virgin TV hasn’t worked. The storm also fried our TV which we replaced. However, Virgin still isn’t working. No error codes, no messages, just a blank screen. Been through all the reconnection suggestions online but no change.
You are only presuming it was the storm. It might have been but you can't possibly know. The fact is your box is not working. As you rent it from VM just call in a fault on 150/034 454 1111 and get them to check it out. Let the tests run. If it needs replacing VM will do it FOC. Why on earth would you leave this for six weeks?
