Can’t play after purchase.  Error es004 if I recall.   

how does it get fixed ?

Hello

There is a known issue that is due to be fixed by today 10:05 beaware that these are estimates of the fix, if you clock on "Check Service Status" at the top right of this page, it will show the issue.
