Virgin Media Customer Service demonstrating contempt for customers again?If you're a geek, you probably picked up Disney + was closing Fox Channel. If you're quite happy to just watch your bundle, Virgin let you know with a pop-up message on Fox giving ~24hrs notice.EPG - 1 July - Channel no longer available. 2 July Fox, Fox +1, deleted. Fox HD still there.PDF Channel Guide. 1 July. Web page no announcement. Channel Guide still lists Fox, Fox +1, Fox HD.It's only a little thing, but still a consistent failure to keep customers reasonably informed.
Does Virgin Media have NO Quality Assurance/Quality Control Procedures?Channel Guide Web page still dated 2 July and NO Changes mentioned.PDF Channel Guide is still dated 1/7/2021. The file name has been changed to V2. I assume because Fox x3 placeholders have been deleted. So why not amend the written date of validity?
