V6box black screen then restarting

Problem sorter

Our V6 box has started cutting out, giving a black screen, then loss of HDMI output to the TV and eventually rebooting itself.

Happening mainly when watching content from catch-up (Virgin recorded material/ content from Sky Witness and such).

Shows ‘restarting’ and will maybe let use watch an episode before doing it again.

Any ideas?

I know a bit about Wi-Fi, Telecoms, and TV as I used to do it for a living but I'm not perfect so don't beat me up... If you make things you make mistakes!

Sorry to say but any box that keeps restarting is on it's way out and will need replacing.

If I were you I would watch all of your recorded programs as quickly as possible as you can't transfer them over to a new box. Hopefully some of them will be available on catch up/on demand or apps.

Also make a note of all your series links.
