V6 volume

We noticed a weird thing with the volume level out of our V6 about a month ago and just posting this in case there’s an easy answer. 
Our usual volume level on our tv has always been “30” out of 62 or but one day a few weeks ago neither of us could hear it properly despite the level being 30 so upped it to a comfortable level which was 41. This is on any channel/app through the V6 (we have no aerial) and continues to be so. Any ideas why?

I am sorry to hear you are having some issues with volume levels on your TV service. 

Are you able to test a different HDMi connection from the box to the TV to see if this changes anything?
