V6 volume

Does anybody at VM care about their customers?I think not,as long as they give bs answers that don't solve the problems ,why haven't VM admitted they have a problem with their V6 box's volume, this problem has been going on since 2017.

Sorry but I have 2 v6 connected to smart TVs and soundbars. quality from v6 has been perfect. Could it be your connecting cables be a problem?

I have used all the new cables that came with the box,so do you think all the other people with the same problem have got dodgy cables as well,I personally think it's a problem with the V6 box

Hi there is no need to start a new thread when there is already one running it confuses the issue as virgin moderaters are multi answering unaware of the original post, hence your point gets lost as at the best of times they are unaware of most issues. Regards Micky
