The volume from my V6 is not low, just checked again. Anyone with this problem probably has a box or network fault.

All I can say Roger is there must be a hell of a lot problems with boxes and/or signal problems with the number of people complaining over several forums.

Bear in mind that if most V6s were faulty then VM would be buried in an avalanch of complaints. I have no doubt that there are faults in a small minority of cases which does amount to many people bearing in mind that VM has two million V6 customers.

Ps....my box is connected to a Samsung soundbar, which I also have a Amazon Firestick and DVD player attached to. The sound I get from Amazon Prime and Netflix is far superior and LOUDER than the V6 box.
