V6 very hot

V6 box extremely hot when on plenty ventilation does it need replaced don’t trust it if we go on holidays or go out for the day

Welcome back to our Community Forums! Thank you for your first post and I'm very sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your TV box!

Can you tell us if there's a red light showing on your TV box when it's turned on? If the equipment is too hot to touch, or smells like burning, please unplug the TV box from the mains as this could be a potential fire hazard.

I'll be happy to look into this further for you and see if we can have a technician out before you leave on holiday.
