I've been trying to register for the V6 box upgrade online.
After completing all the details and choosing a delivery date, I keep getting a message "We're sorry, it looks like something went wrong." and a small ReCaptcha icon with a title "This reCAPTCHA is for testing purposes only. Please report to the site admin if you are seeing this." in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
I believe a good chunk of the main website including the myvirgin media is down at the moment. It can be done via web chat, just mention that you're trying to do a box swap to a V6 after getting a letter and you should hopefully get put through to the correct department
Thanks. The chat option seems to have disappeared and I really don't want to burden the phone lines when there are more important issues. There is supposed to be an SMS option, but also many complaints that messages aren't being replied to. I guess I'll try the web site option again later.
