V6 tv box keeps restarting

V6 box continually restarting! New user only installed yesterday! Tried multiple restarts, checked connections. Where is Customer Service, VM do quick ....everything ok....well it's not

System units Hub, TV V6 and phone all successfully installed yesterday. TV operational but drops out frequently, v6box resorting to standby red light then restarting. - numerous occasions. Removed ALL box connections and reinserted.. 30 minutes now without restart. Monitoring situation. Thanks rob

V6 box just restarted itself again with no intervention. Maybe SW corrupted. Can one download v6 software?

A box that's restarting anything more than occasionally, has a fault. I'd recommend calling VM Faults to report it.

150 from a Virgin phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.

Follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"
