Hello. Please could someone from the VM team help me? My V6 tv box has spent the last three days endlessly cycling through reboots and displays of the green screen "The DVR has detected a serious problem and is now attempting to fix it." message. Followed all the instructions, from give the machine 3 hours to a going through the issue with a virtual tech. Result...I would need to get an engineer.
Booked a tech engineer to come out yesterday between the hours of 12 noon - 4pm, possible charge of £25.
Telephoned 0345 454 111, for the girl on the other end to just keep repeating herself. "You will need to go through the Virtual Tech!"
I now feel I am stuck in a never ending cycle just like the reboots of my V6 box.
Please, please, can a human out there help?
