V6 tv box - Green Screen - Hard drive failure

Hello,

Since Friday 29th September, I've been experiencing the green screen issue with endless reboots and error message: "The DVR has detected a serious problem and is now attempting to fix it...."

Please could a member of the Forum team contact me to arrange a technician visit and replacement of the hard drive?

The hard drive won't be replaced, the whole box will be.

Be aware staff responses may take a day or so, calling in is usually quicker.

Welcome to the Community Forums! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TV box.

We've recently become aware of an issue where customer's TV boxes are crashing and it's something we are working on, but it's possible that this issue may be separate. 

I can see that you were able to speak with us over the phone about this issue. If they have been unable to resolve this for you, it's likely caused by the known issue. We're working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
