our upstairs v6 box is stuck on the welcome page, after a few failed attempts we get this error picture
The box has been tried downstairs and is still the same
We have spent hours on the phone but cannot get through to an operator
What's the next step except for cancelling and moving elsewhere
Give up for now . Ring just before 8.00, tomorrow morning. I had a stuck box last year. At that time I got through to somebody who wasn't just reading from a script and who knew what the problem was.
