V6 second box installation,working ok but first box has problems

Had a new V6 box installed in another room in Dec2020,just took delivery of 2nd V6 to replace original Tivo box,manually installed new box,but it kept on stalling on the verification.Went to check on other V6 box seemed to be working ok,returned to 2nd box and all working.

Unfortunately the first box has now gone on the blink ,not picking up all channels and giving error code 7400,have followed all procedures advised,trying to contact Virgin at moment.

Help please

Error 7400 is usually an activation error, and it sounds like the wrong box has been deactivated here.

If you can't resolve this using the online steps at https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/7400 then you'll need to call in. 0800 9539500 should do the trick.

I'd suggest having the box S/N handy to make double-sure.
