V6 replacement remote required

My V6 remote seems to have lost the Bluetooth connection and the only way for it to work is line of sight, and that is very slow (delays on each key press).  I have carried out all of the self help, testing and tried to re-pair but nothing works.

I have tried calling 150 but there are no options for this (just ends up testing all my kit, which isn't necessary).

I just need a replacement.  I'd appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction as the help process for this is not effective at all.

You could try the text messaging service.

Just send  a text with a description of TV Faults  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. 

You can also call  150 from your Virgin landline (TV Faults) or 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues

You can download the TV Connect app in the meantime to use as a virtual remote TV Control App 

You can also wait and see if a member of Forum Staff pick this up
