Received a replacement remote for my V6 box today and have spent 3 hours trying to pair the remote to the box.The light on the remote never lit up. Replaced the batteries and finally paired the remote using the Help->settings->devices section.

NB The instructions say the remote will flash green, mine flashed red.

So VM, it might be good customer service to ensure the batteries in the replacement remotes you send out are fully charged: saves a lot of frustration 😉

I am incredibly sorry to hear that the batteries in the replacement remote were defective, but I'm glad to hear you were able to work out the problem and resolve it.
