Hi normally you would phone and go down the Tv faults route and they would send a new one in the post, but with the present climate it's hard to get through, I would by one on eBay there are lots of new ones on there.Regards Micky
You could use the Virgin TV Control app as a remote control for the time being.
Or perhaps it's the V6 that's the problem (if the screen's frozen and not just stuck where it is because of no remote control changing it), if so you could turn the V6 off and back on again at the plug, or using the rocker switch on the back left of the V6 (back left if you're looking at the front of it).

Only other thing that may work is to follow the following steps:
Press and hold the CLEAR and TV buttons at the same time until the LED flashes green twice Press the Thumbs down button three times then press ok The LED will flash green twice, Press Ok, wait until the LED is off
If this doesn't work I'm sorry hopefully some one else can help. This has worked for me before.
