V6 remote has serious lag

Hi,my V6 remote has some seriously poor lag when trying to click on anything in the TV menu or using the volume buttons,about a 3second response time

I have changed the batteries and have used a different " pairing" code but it's no better

Would appreciate any help

Check the help page <<< here >>>  if it's still not working after following those instructions there will be  a link to order a replacement remote.

There's also a link on the order remote page to download the TV Control app which you can use as a temporary remote.
