V6 remote faulty

Hi, my V6 remote has stopped working.

I have tried to order a new one but I am getting ‘error occurred’ when I try. Could anyone from VM help me out.

If this Link isn't working then you will have to wait for a forum team member to pick this up which might be a couple of days, can you use the TVGO app with the V6 as a remote you can with the 360, or use your TV's smart remote.

Edited to say; If the TVGO app doesn't work you could try the connect app, can't remember if there is a remote option in that.
