V6 rebooting

Hi ,

Does anyone know why my V6 reboots when I try to use one of the apps such as YouTube?

It's done it twice this weekend.

There's no logical reason beyond there being a fault somewhere.

I was using YouTube & iPlayer on my V6 last night with no issues.

It did again last night.

I used a Roku stick instead.

Perhaps it's faulty

Hey Loosecanons, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear your V6 box keeps rebooting.

Thank you for letting me know you use a Roku stick, is it possible to try it without this stick and to let me know if the issues is still happening?

Also how often has this this been happening for, a month or a week for example? Thanks
