V6 pixelation

Hello, 

had v6 box installed last week, ever since installation we have had most channels pixilated and sound breaking up. 

The broadband is also very temperamental and keeps dropping out 

I run the online tests and it can’t find a problem. Before I contact customer service is there anything I can check/do?

Hi Go the top right corner of this page and click on check service status to see if there is a local issue, if not phone and go down the Tv faults route they can check while you are on the line and if necessary arrange for an engineer to come to you and adjust the signal levels.Regards Micky
