New to Virgin, LOVE the speed but still not sold on the V6 box compared to Q.
Biggest issue is watching recordings.
Pixelation and juddering every few seconds.
Tried to restart box, reset box...no dice.
Still problems with playback.
Live TV is crystal clear so thinking hard drive is knackered.
Have tried to call in, can't get through.
Can't find live chat anywhere.
Tried the self help, end up stuck in a loop between choosing the help options, then being asked to login...even though I already am.
Can someone please help me resolve this?

Go to settings then recordings and change setting to recording only rather ghat record and stream.
Wont fix previous recordings but should work for all new ones.
New boxed fixed the issue, happy again 😄
