V6 pix

Hi all.

My tv picture is pixelating both on live tv and recordings. I have rebooted the v6 box and checked the coaxial connection to no avail.

In desperation I called the helpline and waited 61 minutes for a response, only to be cut off in the middle of my conversation with the technician.

Please can someone help?

Pixellation on live TV pictures usually means you have a fault with your incoming TV signal, which needs reporting. It could be a faulty box, it could be a cabling problem. Either way you will need Virgin to intervene.

I can only suggest calling back, wait times are lower earlier in the day.
