V6 picture pixelation

Just a question to see if anyone else has come across this. After a number of months of channels causing pixel distortion (not all channels) and having great difficulty to contact support because of Covid decided to do some checks. Found that if the bnc plug on the back is moved it affected the picture quality. In short I squeezed the centre pin on the V6 so that when the bnc plug was refitted it was really tight. All channels are now working with no pixelation apart from minute distortion once or twice. Any thoughts

Re: V6 picture pixelation

Pixellation & picture breakup is how any digital TV system exhibits poor signal. A poor or intermittent connection could well cause poor signal.

Virgin are always best placed to rectify any faults with your equipment and cabling.
