V6 not turning on light orange

 

I my V6 box is faulty because I can't turn it on. I can see only an orange light on the box. I've tried to turn off and on the box and I removed the power cable and plugged in again and nothings changed. The internet connection is absolutely fine. I cant get though on the phone ive been trying all day 

Please help

An amber light often means your box doesn't have full internet connectivity.

But if your box won't switch on, that's an unwell box! I can only suggest persisting with the faults line, I'm sorry to say.

Im now on the phone again and have been on hold for 1h 20mins yesterday i was on hold for 2 hours before the phone lines closed 

Is there any other way to contact them

For fault reporting, I'm afraid calling is the best way.

Queues do vary during the day, if it's any consolation (I know it's probably not)
