V6 not going past "starting up"

For the last 2 days my v6 box will not start up,I've tried everything but trying to get in touch with virgin is impossible on the phone fir some reason,any help would be awesome as I cant use my v6 box at all for now.

Talking to someone

My tv v6 box has died and its wont go further than starting up,been like it fir 2 days and I cant get,contact anyone at virgin so if anyone can let me know how to get a new bo or atleast talk to someone I would be very grearfull. Seems like talking to someone at vurgin is a thing of the past.

This is primarily a user-community forum and, sorry to say, it's not an alternative for first-line faults reporting.

I'm afraid you will need to persist with calling 150 for TV faults - wait times do vary.
