Hi try going to the settings, press home, help and setting, settings, network and reconnect to the virgin media network, also are you connected with an ethernet cable from your hub to the V6. Regards Micky
My old original TiVo automatically connected why doe the V6 need to manually connect with Virginmeadia?
Remember the TiVo has its internet connection physically inbuilt to the box.
The V6 relies on a connection to your homehub for the onward internet connection. Ethernet is recommended and by far the most reliable, but if you're using WiFi, then occasional dropouts can sometimes happen.
