V6 no signal after changing settings

Hey so I changed the video settings on my V6 TV box because I could see pixelation around the edges and with animations/cartoons you could see sort of a weird delay that made it look bad.

I was trying to resolve that and I guess I set the video output to 2000~ and it did show a picture when it asked me to press thumbs up. But then... it showed a purple frozen screen and then when I restarted the box it wouldn’t show any picture, as if the hdmi was disconnected.

So if there is a way to reset the video settings - how?
Once I have resolved the new issue (of no picture at all) I would appreciate help trying to resolve the original issue - which I feel like I’ve tried everything.

Re: V6 no signal after changing settings

You probably have a signal problem and should report this fault to VM.

Re: V6 no signal after changing settings

If you set the resolution to something the tv can't handle - switch off the V6 at the mains for 10 seconds.  TV must be on at the time.
