V6 no on demand or catch up

Hi. Just got new v6 box to replace TiVo. None of the apps work try to connect and it says one moment then just jumps back to Home Screen. Can’t access on demand or catch up as a result. Have tried connection with both Ethernet and WiFi. Both say connected and when I run through set up everything coming up fine. I have superhub3 in modem mode connected to net gear nighthawk router. All other devices fine. What am I missing 

 

resolved. Rebooted one more time done trick!
