V6 new remote Required

Hi

One of my V6 remotes is not working

Put new batteries in. Rebooted box. Tried to reset remote (can't) Tried to order a new one by phone (can't) Tried to order online (error)

Could someone please arrange to send me one out please?

Hi @simonbt 

Have you tried using an incognito window, or via a different browser?

You can also speak to TV faults and order one. (150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faults) )

You can also contact VM  by text on 07533051809, or messaging on WhatsApp on 0730 532 7112
