V6 needs rebooting every time for Netflix

Why do I have to reboot my tivo V6 every time I want to use Netflix?

 

Netflix customer service have checked and say it's a problem at the Virginmedia end.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

What happens if you try to use Netflix without rebooting?

I get as far as my menu, i.e. who's watching, the options include everything including continue watching ... then the screen goes black for a few seconds followed by the "we're unable to play this.... select another title"

 

I can get back to the menu but always get the  unable to play message.

On all my other Netflix machines, laptop, phone, TV (direct on Wifi) etc.  no problem.

 

All accounts are in good standing

Thanks for your post 
Sorry to hear about the issue you are having with Netflix and the need to reboot your box 

Looking at the box from here you do have a few errors showing which would need an engineer booked to come out

I will need to send you a private message to pass security 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
