V6 month of rebooting

I've been experiencing this over a month now. One day my V6 box just begin to reboot itself. Its a constant loop of "starting up" screen and then "welcome" one. 

First I decided to give it a moment, considering it could have been just a maintenance issue. But given a long enough time it still frozen in the same state as it was. All other services working well enough. 

I did dig out the forums for any tips or help with this issue before I've decided to post in here. Also tried to contact customer service, but got tired of hanging on the phone for over 30 mins.

Is there any other ways to contact them?
