V6 loading issues

Had v6 box working fine then one day went off. Trying to restart and goes to the welcome screen and then the Virgin loading screen then disconnects and tv states no source. This then repeats on a loop over and over. Tried rebooting, a different hdmi port and switching off. Waiting 15 minutes however doesn’t work. Any ideas as can’t get through to technical support etc

If you can't get through on the phone then VM are recommending you send a text to 07533 051809 describing the issue and you should get a response, but it may take a day or two at present. This is a text only service, it does not support voice calls.

Another option is to wait here for one of the forum team to pick up this thread, this could also take a few days.
