V6 keeps freezing

I’ve only been active a day and already getting issues not happy! 
my tv keep freezing I’ve reset box and don’t know what is best to do nextv

Do you know if there are any area faults reported on our service status page with an estimated fix time at all?

 

Does rebooting the set top box help resolve the issue? Also can you check all of the connection in the back of the box are touch tight.

No faults and I’ve reset the box and also checked connections it doesn’t do it on the on demand stuff only on live tv

Hi john, I’ve run a few speed test on phone via WiFi and the speeds are a lot better than they was. 
Is there any chance you could arrange for someone from cancellation to call me please I was speaking to someone yesterday, and they arranged to call me back today at 11 and it’s not happened. In regards to account credit
