V6 keeps freezing when playing recorded programmes

OK when watching live TV & On-Demand but keeps freezing for several seconds when watching recordings making them unwatchable. Any advice as to why this has started happening?

What about if you pause live TV for perhaps 30seconds and watch it delayed. That's effectively a recording and uses your hard drive in the same way.

If that also has problems, it's quite likely your V6's hard drive is unwell and will need replacing.
