V6 green screen!

My TiVo has been in a reboot loop for 6 hours now. Green screen, grey download arrow then reboot and repeat.

 

aside from spending hours on hold for a replacement or an engineer, is there anything I can do (I’ve tried resetting it)

It does sound like calling Virgin faults is necessary in your case.

Yeah, I’ve been on hold for an hour and a half. They close in 8 mins. I highly suspect the line will go dead at 9pm.
