I’ve seen the posts already on here and the solutions seem to be the same, new box needed or engineer needed to come out.
My box wouldn’t start up, I followed all the off and on, check leads, disconnect from hub etc advice. When I powered back up from this I got the green screen error and now it’s in a perpetual loop of starting up and never actually starting.
Help! Can an engineer come out during lockdown or can this be fixed remotely?
