Had an issue with a v6 box stuck on startup screen- vm sent a new box out... great...
now my additional v6 box is displaying error codes 7400 and m63- tv status says account closed??
how can my account be closed when you have just taken payment for my bill?
currently been on the phone all told for 1:5 hours today, and no response or fix has been offered as yet,
please can someone assist?
Error 7400 relates to a box activation issue and can only be dealt with by calling in.
The dedicated activation line is 0800 9539500 - and please have your box & account details to hand.
If you're already queuing for C/S on 150, then I can only suggest you patiently remain. Sorry!
